I had to stay in town about a week longer than expected and Rob was more than accommodating with my last-minute request and even let me check in early so I wouldn’t have to wait hours before doing so. “This place was awesome. Rob made sure to plow away all snow everyday, so we never got snowed into the place (we went during December right before the blizzard and there was 2-4 feet of snow while we were there). I felt very safe. All of the amenities look exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and free of clutter which I loved! The heat worked well, and it even got hot so we had to turn it down. The area was nearby literally all the great restaurants and close to Target.”

“Looking for a place to stay in Anchorage? Look no further - this is the place. It is clean, nicely furnished and has great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. For our wintertime stay, the fireplace added great ambiance. If you enjoy walking, it is convenient to walk downtown but also near public transportation. Rob was very quick to respond and help as needed. Our next visit to Anchorage would certainly include staying at Cupples Cottages.”

“Wow, just wow! I’ve stayed at the cottages a bazillion times but this was my first in the newly-remodeled house. The home is sprinkled with very thoughtful décor that explores Rob’s family’s contributions to Anchorage. The couches and bed are comfy and cozy as expected! Brand new appliances! And an extremely spacious kitchen! You have the option of parking in the garage but I chose to park in the secure outside private parking. Can’t wait to bring my husband with me next time!”

“Our stay at Rob's cottage was among the best AirBnB stays we have ever had! Rob was a kind and responsive host and we enjoyed our brief interactions with him. The cottage itself feels very new and you can tell that Rob put a lot of work into making it a special place. We loved the art on the walls and the fun treats that he left for us! Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were brand new, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and walked to all of the bars and restaurants when it wasn't raining. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay at Cupples cottage if you will be staying in Anchorage and need a comfortable place to stay.”

Rob is super nice, easy to communicate with, and very helpful in his guidance. The cottage is tidy, clean and comfy. We appreciated the personal touch for our visit...very thoughtful! We love the story behind Rob's effort to restore this historical property and he is creating a nice oasis in the area. Downtown Anchorage and all it has to offer is easy walking distance.
